Activate Admin's UPGRADE

Select Admin, choose UPGRADE and confirm Activate selected ability with two bank RAM and Admin's run cost.

Why this matters

An activated ability is an action you choose, with a cost shown on the card. UPGRADE spends two bank RAM and turns Admin sideways. After players have a chance to respond, it installs one RAM sideways. Unlike Glass's automatic draw, you must choose and pay for UPGRADE.
