Zero cost still needs confirmation

Select the second Unpaid Intern in your hand. In its card details, choose Play character, then confirm Play selected character. No RAM is paid.

Why this matters

A zero RAM cost does not skip announcement, confirmation or response windows. The second Intern counts toward the bonus only after it enters play.
