Your opponent announced a swift program

Inspect the opponent’s Overload in the Cache. It is targeting you. Then press Continue.

Why this matters

It is the opponent’s Deploy phase, but you now have priority: your chance to act. Overload is swift, meaning it can be played in a response window. Admin meets its Hacker requirement. The incoming Overload is still waiting in the Cache, so you can respond before it deals damage.
